THE BACKSTORY

About Alibi

Alibi is an upcoming tool that keeps proof of delivery for coaches, consultants and service businesses, so chargebacks and payment disputes can be answered with a ready-made case file.

01

What Alibi does

A client pays for a coaching program, attends most of the calls, then tells their bank they received nothing. The business usually has about ten days to prove otherwise, and the proof is scattered across a payment processor, a video tool, an inbox and a course platform.

Alibi collects that proof as it happens, from the moment a client pays:

  • The signed agreement and the refund policy accepted at checkout
  • The calls and sessions the client attended
  • The client’s own messages, such as praise or results they shared
  • Logins to the client portal, matched to the IP address used at purchase

When a dispute arrives, Alibi scores the case, builds a numbered evidence packet and files it with Stripe.
